About Kelly
Kelly received her B.A. in Psychology from California State University at Hayward where she was a 4 year intercollegiate athlete on the women’s basketball team. She then received her M.S. in Counseling from San Francisco State University where she graduated with honors.

Positive relationships, adaptive coping skills and healthy lifestyle habits are keys to what Kelly sees as the foundation of happiness and success. Kelly’s holistic approach to health incorporates both physical and psychological elements, as she believes that what we put into our bodies and how we care for and nurture them, directly impacts our mood, self esteem and resiliency.

Kelly is a plant-based athlete who sees value in understanding the links between nutrition and mood. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Nutritional Psychology from JFK University and is constantly exploring new and integrative approaches to her work.
